The Manufacturer warrants from the date of purchase that our professionally sold and applied Paint Protection Film (PPF) is free from defects in materials under normal use and service when installed, used, and maintained in the manner intended by the Manufacturer (Premium Shield, Plus, Matte). Products will maintain their properties without cracking, blistering, bubbling, delaminating, or discoloring.
Painted surfaces must be OEM original and fully cured, and an approved installer must have carried out the installation.
This warranty is void if PPF is installed over repainted surfaces. Vehicle surface repainting is not covered under this warranty irrespective of the reason for removal.
The warranty explicitly excludes film installed on non-painted surfaces such as headlights, chrome, or carbon-fibre trim.
If the film fails to comply under normal use and due care and maintenance within the warranty period, the Manufacturer will provide replacement film to the Installer at no charge to the Purchaser.
Claims for any products should be brought to the attention of the Manufacturer as soon as they become known to the Purchaser. Proof of purchase will be required by the approved Installer to substantiate any warranty claim.
The Manufacturer disclaims any liability for incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from any defect in the product covered by this warranty. All other express or implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are excluded. The Manufacturer’s sole obligation shall be as stated herein, whether the claim is based in contract, negligence, tort, or otherwise.
Please follow all recommended care and maintenance instructions. Limited warranty coverage is invalid if the product has been subjected to abuse or improper care. The Manufacturer assumes no liability for damage to the film or the vehicle resulting from improper care.
